These terms apply to thermesingapore.com only. Other Therme Group sites — including thermegroup.com, thermemanchester.co.uk, and thermecanada.com — have their own terms.

Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.

These terms reference our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your overall agreement with us.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or how the site works. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows the most recent change.

We may also change, add, or remove content and features on the site at any time. The site is provided free of charge for information only, and we are not obliged to keep any specific content available. We aim to keep the site running, but we may suspend, withdraw, or restrict it for operational, legal, or security reasons. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

All content on the site — text, photography, illustrations, logos, video — is owned by Therme Singapore or our licensors (including, where relevant, Therme Group and DP Architects).

You may view the site, print pages, and download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use and to share with people in your household. You may not modify the digital or paper copies, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, or graphics separately from the surrounding text.

Editorial and journalistic use of press materials is governed by our Press Room — please follow the press-room guidance rather than relying on these terms for press use.

All other use — including republication, redistribution, adaptation, or any commercial use — requires our prior written permission. Email press@thermesingapore.com.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any database connected to it — under the Singapore Computer Misuse Act 1993, unauthorised access is a criminal offence;
• introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code, or attempt to denial-of-service the site;
• scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the site by automated means, except where expressly permitted (for example, legitimate search-engine indexing in line with our robots.txt);
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable;
• use the site to send spam or other unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and to cooperate with law enforcement.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation, and does not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not frame our site on another site, and you must not link in a way that suggests our site is your own. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

The site contains links to third-party sites — for example, parent-group sites, partners, and press outlets. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Linking is for convenience only.

Content on the site is provided for general information about Therme Singapore and our pre-opening communications. It is not professional advice — legal, medical, wellness, or otherwise — and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Pre-opening details, including opening dates, specific zones and facilities, programming, and pricing, may change. We will update the site as plans firm up. Architectural renders carry the credit "Image courtesy of Therme Singapore." They depict design intent, not the final built environment.

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Singapore Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or, for users in the EU and UK, equivalent consumer law.

Subject to the above, the site is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and, where the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 applies, only so far as is reasonable), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, loss of goodwill, or any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or any linked third-party content.

Nothing in these terms creates any contractual or service relationship in relation to the future Therme Singapore venue. Venue terms will be published separately when bookings open.

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site, you confirm you have read those policies.

We do our best to keep the site free of malicious code, but we cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for protecting your device with up-to-date anti-malware software.

Introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised modification of data is a criminal offence under the Singapore Computer Misuse Act 1993. We will report any such conduct to the authorities.

If we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, we may take any of the following steps: issue a warning, withdraw your right to use the site, take legal action to recover costs, or refer the matter to law enforcement. We disclaim liability for actions we take in good faith in response to a suspected breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
• These terms are between you and Therme Singapore. Except that any member of the Therme Group and our licensors may enforce the provisions expressed to be for their benefit (in particular the intellectual-property and content restrictions) under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001, no other person has any right to enforce these terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms — for example, to another company in the Therme Group or a successor in a corporate restructuring. We will notify you of any such transfer.
